MSI Work's Role in London's Retrofit Project



The focus in London is shifting to retrofit.  The Greater London Authority have issued a retrofit first policy (full article can be read here).   This allows us to keep our history and mix it with the modern buildings creating a unique city, which can be preserved and still achieve the sustainability goals with added technology.


Making this work in the smart building world has been discussed for several years, and MSI Works have developed a method and technologies to make this work using existing BMS, Lighting, Energy Meters and other systems even when installed 20 years ago.
