Integration with Service Now - This is feature is complete and entering final testing and client approval for release End Jan 2025.
Site discovery – suitable for existing buildings. This allows us to discover the data and import the devices and available data. In August this will be coupled with our release that allows clients to run their own discovery. This has been tested in several buildings with different network setups

FDD Driven by LLM so natural language is used to created rules and actions.
Weather data added to improve energy savings, this is currently limited to use by our staff when we create a building in the initial onboarding process.
Testing complete with Pressac Sensors for energy and further integration completed.
March 2025
OpenAI embedded to analyse data. 12 months of data was initially used to train the model and the training has been ongoing since Nov 2024. Note this is aimed at helping with insights based on behaviour and requires the weather data to get predictions.

Brand new Energy calculations. This will provide actionable insights in how to reduce your energy and carbon footprints. This cross-references the data calculated against the physical meters to make the data reportable.
This provides an ROI that is based on real world reductions In energy and then follows on with continuous savings with recommendation for the FM team and Planned Preventative Maintenance.
